Refund policy

We are happy to offer refunds on all full price sales online, so long as they are unwashed, unused and in perfect condition. Please email futurelove.uk@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a refund.

We do not cover costs of returns, should you decide to return your Futurelove purchase, all shipping costs and costs of the items safe return are you, the customers, responsibility. Once we have received the item and inspected it, will we issue a refund for the garment cost, minus the shipping costs when first sent out. Please return the item within 7 days of approving the return.
